X線非弾性散乱分光の現在 林 久史 シンクロトロン放射光は,X線非弾性散乱分光の飛躍的発展をもたらした. 本総説では,X線非弾性散乱の全体像を最新の実験結果を紹介しながら概観する. X線非弾性散乱分光の理論的,実験的側面を述べた後, X線非弾性散乱から導出される高分解能X線吸収,状態選別X線吸収,複素誘電関数について, それぞれCuO,MnO,ベンゼンの実例をまじえて解説する. Synopsis: Review is made of the present status of inelastic x-ray scattering spectroscopy (IXSS). Advances in synchrotron radiation sources have opened up a new frontier of IXSS. It is shown how the present IXSS offers valuable materials to many research fields. After surveying theoretical and experimental backgrounds for IXSS, several recent results are reported. As examples, presented are lifetime-broadening-suppressed X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectra of CuO, spin-selective XAFS spectra of MnO, and the Bethe surface of liquid benzene, all of which are deduced from IXSS.
