生体関連分子や機能性分子の超音速ジェットレーザー分光のための高温パルスノズルを開発した.金属を使わないノズルは,高温においても試料の熱分解を極力抑えることができた.アミノ酸や包接化合物のレーザー分光を例にとり,その性能について述べる.


High temperature pulsed nozzle for the supersonic jet-laser spectroscopy of nonvolatile molecules and functional molecules has been developed. The nozzle is made of poly-imido resin to suppress the thermal decomposition of the samples inside the nozzle. The performance of the nozzle has been demonstrated by measuring LIF, resonance enhanced ionization, and IR-UV double resonance spectra of jet-cooled amino acids, crown ether and calixarene.
