International Symposium on "Advanced spectroscopy and imaging with nano-scale resolution" |
|
Scope: High spatial resolution spectroscopic imaging has been attracted much attention, since the last year's Nobel prize awarded to super-resolution microscope. Among variety of high-resolution microscopy, which is feasible obtaining the sample topography, one can access unique chemical properties by spectroscopic imaging. In this symposium, we invite distinguished scientists from variety of spectroscopic imaging with nano-resolution; THz, infrared, visible and x-ray, to introduce their recent works and to encourage the discussion on high resolution imaging in each wavelength range for the future development of spectroscopy. |
